Turkey Time: Get Ready for Holiday Eats

I spent this morning at Griggstown Quail Farm north of Princeton where I met hundreds of heritage breed Red Bourbon turkeys. They were a friendly and vocal lot (they swarmed us). We’ll have tons of bird-buying tips for you in the next Grid.

The issue comes out November 10, and we’ll be joining with Flying Fish to celebrate at South Philly Taproom (5-7 p.m.). There will be half-price local drafts and discounted apps. Visit facebook for more details.
