For those who haven’t heard of this grassroots organization, OSA aims to restore the future for children orphaned by HIV/AIDS throughout Malawi, Tanzania and Uganda. Since 2004, the group has sought sustainable solutions, taking a hands-on approach to promote positive development for the vulnerable children of Africa. By partnering with community-based organizations, the program creates sustainable enterprises whose revenues provide these children with the care and tools they need to grow as independent adults. So far, OSA has helped provided care for over 55,000 orphans and vulnerable children, though changing the life of just one is cause for celebration.
