The 4th Annual Philly Farm & Food Fest is this Sunday, April 12.A partnership of PASA and Fair Food, the event brings together regional farmers, unique food producers and sustainable businesses and organizations. We’re counting down the days to Sunday, April 12 with previews of the exhibitors you can expect to find at this year’s Fest. Delicious meats, creamy cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, these exhibitors are sure to make your mouth water:

Meat | Featured Vendor: Hocks N Coqs

Hocks N Coqs | Makers of handmade smoked sausages, smoked pulled pork, smoked pulled chicken, local seasonal toppings and sauces. Look for their products at local markets.

Cheese | Featured Vendor: Valley Milkhouse Creamery

Valley Milkhouse Creamery | Artisan creamery that produces fresh and aged cheeses, butter and yogurt, and also hosts cheesemaking classes in Berks County.

Farm CSA | Featured Vendor: Pennypack Farm & Education Center

Pennypack Farm & Education Center | Nonprofit organization that works with children, families, community groups, environmental and educational institutions to encourage awareness and foster the creation of sustainable local food systems.

Cider | Featured Vendor: Frecon Farms Cidery

Frecon’s Cidery | The farm’s cidery makes traditional cider using classic techniques and apples from the family orchard, which has been growing tree fruits since 1944.

Farm Product | Featured Vendor: Obis One

Obis One, LLC | Growers of organic garlic and makers of black garlic, an aged, fermented, healthful delicacy.
