Tie the (Green) Knot : Unbridaling Your Wedding

Start

Looks like it’s marrying season again! While I enjoyed my walk down the aisle, it’s a relief relishing the beautiful weather without worrying about planning The Big Day. Wish I had known about The Unbridaled Expo which focuses on “local, handmade, environmentally responsible and alternative solutions to planning a wedding.”

From the people who brought you the Expo, comes The Unbridled Style Expo. Two hundred used wedding gowns will be on sale, ranging in price from $50 to $500, and all of the proceeds go to a really cool nonprofit, The Career Wardobe, which serves women transitioning into the workforce by providing professional attire and innovative educational programs.

The Unbridaled Style Expo will be held 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. April 25 at The Wardrobe Boutique (1822 Spring Garden St., 2nd Floor). Tickets available here.
