Jewish Farm School Presents: Making Fresh Goat Cheeses

In honor of the festival Shavuot, Jewish Farm School will teach visitors how to make fresh cheeses from raw goat’s milk at home. Cheesemonger, recipe developer and Grid contributor Alex Jones will walk participants through recipes such as yogurt, ricotta and chèvre, adapted for the home kitchen.
