Kids and grownups are invited to join collaborative art-making activities around the themes of shoes and movement. Led by museum educators, families will also have a chance to explore work of artist-in-residence Lenka Clayton. Families can make their own “sole stamps” using repurposed shoes to create art with their feet. Participants are encouraged to use the shoe stamps to evoke movement on paper by walking, stomping and even dancing. Recommended for ages 4 through 12. All materials will be provided.
