Clean Water for Puerto Rico by Boricuas in PA

  • A Seed on Diamond Gallery 124 Diamond St. Philadelphia, Pa. (map)

Weeks after catastrophic Hurricane Maria, approximately one-third of the population does not have water in Puerto Rico. Another 70 percent only have access to water that is treated intermittently due to power outages.

This evening of Puerto Rican art and music will raise funds for Waves for Water, which provides high-quality filters where there isn't drinking water or where the drinking water source is contaminated. The team is also trained in emergency preparedness and is teaming up with local partners to help the recovery.

$20 to $200
