Ona Hawk is a certified yoga teacher, a holistic health educator, a writer and an artist. For 10 years she has been living a journey of self-healing, exploring natural modalities that resonated with her spirit, including traditional nutrition and herbs, live food, and indigenous healing practices including Capoeira Angola, Qi Gong, Kemetic Yoga and Hatha Yoga.
She is a self-healer living to spread the tools to help others tap into their natural ability to heal themselves from within and pursue their life purpose with joy. Blending her passions for strengthening and empowering community with education, she offers an experiential learning space for self-development, recovery and transformation.
Her style is one which embraces treating the whole of each person to create balance between one’s mental, physical and spiritual states for optimum well-being, while honoring each person’s role in their own unique process of healing and transcendence.
