Back by popular demand, Kelly McCarthy will instruct this class on how to craft cocktail bitters from common plants. There will also be a discussion on the medicinal and historical uses of bitters and the ways they might benefit digestion and overall health. Recipes and materials provided to preregistered attendees, who will go home with enough for two bottles of bitters– one to keep and one for a friend.
